MENTAL HEALTHY DAY

MENTAL HEALTH DAY

Toko is Celebrating World Mental Health Day

Work-life balance is typically the amount of time you spend doing your job versus the amount of time you spend with your friends, and family, and pursuing your personal interests.

The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health.

We suggest three ways to help you keep your work-life balance;

  • 1. Find the job, activity, and thing you love or love the job you do*
    Although working is a societal expectation, your employment shouldn’t limit you. Simply put, you cannot be happy if you despise what you do. Your job doesn’t have to be perfect, but it should be interesting enough that you don’t dread getting out of bed in the morning.
  • 2. Take time to rest. R-E-S-T. it is very important*
    We can relieve our weekly tension by occasionally cutting ties with the outer world or social media, which also creates room for new thoughts and ideas. Unplugging can be as simple as using your daily commute to practice transit meditation rather than reading work emails.
  • 3. Learn to prioritize important things*
    Even while your job is vital, it shouldn’t take up all of your time. Before accepting any employment, you were a unique person, so give priority to the interests or pursuits that bring you joy. Learn to prioritize me-time and family time

Happy world mental health day!
